Who We Are

Alexis Antonelli Morris

Alexis is an Ann Arbor, Michigan based user experience consultant and the driving force behind Usability for Everyone. She has worked for 20 years designing, researching, and advocating for people to get the great experiences they deserve from web and software applications. 

Her philosophy of understanding people and designing for them goes beyond the screen. She sees a future of more usable and sustainable experiences for everyone based on deeply examining the needs of individuals, their communities, and the world.

Alexis has worked in-house, at interactive agencies, and as an independent consultant in a multitude of industries. Educated in both Business and Human Factors, she is able to strike the right balance between user and client needs.

While living in Los Angeles, she served as Vice President and then President of the local chapter of the UXPA where she organized and presented at events promoting education and networking in the LA UX community. She is originally from Boston and likes to visit there regularly with her husband and two children.

Whether it's end-to-end planning of UX projects or helping out with one or two things as part of your UX team, we know how to dive right into the role you need.

We are located about halfway between Ann Arbor and Lansing, Michigan. We serve clients all over the United States and beyond and are adept at working and meeting remotely. When needed, we travel to the client, research or training site.
