How it Works
Step 1
Book your day from this page, which includes terms and payment. Before booking, it’s a good idea to have a free discovery call to make sure it’s a good fit.
Step 2
Provide the requested information needed for the work (priorities, project goals, subject matter info, etc.)
Step 3
We meet to kick off, discuss your project, and decide on the focus of your VIP day.
Step 4
On the VIP day, I hit the ground running, checking in throughout the day. You walk away with what you need!

You are booking me for a day, not a set of deliverables.
With 15 years of UX consulting experience and an efficient process, I’m able to get up to speed quickly, work efficiently, and achieve great results. I dedicate your scheduled day solely to your project, no other work, emails, etc.
To make your day effective, all requested information needs to be provided on schedule. How much we get done depends on your availability for any questions or feedback throughout the day. So, please keep this in mind when choosing your date.
